A few resources I recommend to people who want to learn more about OCPD, on their own or alongside therapy, whether that be with me or someone else.

Helpful resources for OCPD TREATMENT
This is usually the first place I point people, especially if you're looking for community as much as information. It's an international nonprofit focused specifically on OCPD, with active forums and support groups where you can connect with people who actually understand what this is like, a therapist directory if you're looking for someone in your area, and a preliminary self-test if you're still working out whether any of this applies to you. It's not a substitute for therapy, but it's a solid place to start, or a good companion alongside it.
I recommend this one often. Anthony Pinto is one of the leading researchers on OCPD, and this workbook is built specifically around it, with exercises that speak directly to rigid perfectionism, difficulty finishing what you start, chronic self-doubt, and the strain these patterns can put on relationships you care about.
Gary Trosclair writes and talks about the driven, compulsive personality with a perspective I find genuinely valuable, exploring it as something to understand and work with, not just manage. His blog, book, and podcast reach beyond a strict OCPD diagnosis, but if your drive to get things right has ever started running your life, you'll likely recognize a lot of yourself in his work. It's a good next stop if you want a broader, more human perspective alongside the clinical side of things.
